Heavy, dissonant, even forced, unnatural grouping of parties wasting time, emotions and resources – what a bummer… It’s a slap waiting to happen.

There is no “how” to collaboration in the heaviness. The real HOW is a gap that is filled by itself as soon as some little distraction, a friendly voice or a nice gesture shifts it all into the lightness. Voilà!
